- "App" or "Application" refers to Re:Act, the habit tracking mobile application - "Company" (referred to as "we", "us", or "our") refers to Re:Act - "Content" means any data, text, graphics, or other materials uploaded, downloaded from, or appearing on the Service - "Device" means any device that can access the Application such as an iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch - "Service" refers to the Application and all features provided within it - "User" (referred to as "you", "your") means the individual accessing or using the Application - "User Content" means any content, including habit data, that you create, upload, or store using the Service

By downloading, installing, or using Re:Act, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that: - You have read and understood these Terms - You agree to be bound by these Terms - You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts - You are not barred from using the Service under applicable law

Re:Act is a habit tracking application designed to help users build and maintain positive habits. The Service includes: - Habit Creation and Management: Create unlimited habits with customizable settings, icons, colors, and frequencies - Flexible Streak Tracking: Track your progress with our forgiving streak system that includes buffer days - Statistics and Analytics: View your completion rates, streaks, and progress over time through charts and calendars - Reminders: Set personalized local notifications to stay on track - Apple Health Integration: Optionally connect with Apple Health to auto-complete fitness and wellness habits - iCloud Synchronization: Sync your data across all your Apple devices (optional) The Service operates on a local-first architecture, meaning your data is primarily stored on your device.

You agree NOT to: - Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or computer systems - Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service - Upload, transmit, or distribute any viruses, malware, or other harmful code - Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Application - Attempt to bypass any security features or access controls - Use automated systems to extract data from the Service

Ownership: You retain ownership of all User Content you create within the Service, including habit names, descriptions, completion history, and custom settings. License Grant: By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store your User Content on your device and iCloud (if enabled), and process it to provide the Service features.

Re:Act is a habit tracking tool and does not provide medical advice. The Service is not intended to: - Diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition - Replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment - Serve as a substitute for consultation with qualified healthcare providers If you enable Apple Health integration, health data is used solely to auto-complete relevant habits. Always consult healthcare professionals for medical decisions.

Streak counts, completion rates, and statistics provided by the Service are: - For motivational and entertainment purposes - Based on the data you provide - Not guaranteed to be 100% accurate We are not responsible for lost streaks due to app errors, device issues, or sync problems. Our flexible streak system is designed to encourage progress without perfectionism. Missing a day is part of the journey, not failure.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Re:Act. This includes application design, source code, graphics, logos, icons, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and install the Application on your personal devices for personal, non-commercial purposes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by: - Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms - Sending a notification through the Application Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
