You agree not to: - Use the game for any illegal purpose - Attempt to hack, cheat, or exploit the game - Interfere with the game's functionality - Submit false information to leaderboards - Reverse engineer or extract the game's source code

The game and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Arqitris and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the game.

By participating in global leaderboards, you agree to have your score and username displayed publicly. We reserve the right to remove scores that appear to be achieved through cheating or exploitation.

The game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arqitris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the game.
